Bottom is Blackmark system. ~Ingame Rules~ The Rules must be strictly obliged for players to prevent bans and demotions. The official rules follows as is 1. No impersonating This rule states that you will not impersonate any moderators, administrators, co owners and especially the owners & coders. Anybody who have seemed to be impersonating any staff members please report it on the forums or in-game. 2. No Duping/Scamming Duping consists of glitching items and scamming players for more items in game that gives other players an unfair advantage. 3. No Macroing or use of Third-Party software You are not permitted for using any software or programs that may give you an unfair advantage to other players. This contains auto alching, auto clicking, etc. Auto typing is permitted but you may not advertise server IPs, other forum URLs, and keep the flood time up to 4-5 seconds. 4. Bug abuse If you are aware of any glitches please report it to any of our administrators on the forums or in game. Please do not actually exploit the glitch. If you see somebody glitching report them using the report abuse button or on the forums. 5. Multiple logging in Multiple logging in IE -- using two or more clients to establish logging in more than one account of the same person is strictly prohibited. This may lead to a permanent ban for each account used while multiple logging in. If you may think somebody is multiple logging in, use the Report Abuse button or you may contact Staff on the forums or in game. 6. Asking for Personal information Asking for addresses, telephone numbers. You may exchange emails, MSNs, YIMs, AIMs, etc. Please do not ask for postal numbers. If somebody is asking you for this contact staff quickly on the forums or in game and also use the Report Abuse button. Coders will also review your conversation. 7. X-logging Exiting your client window during combat (also considered "x"logging") is strictly prohibited on the server. This action will result into jail time on your account and a reset of all items. If you know anybody who is X-logging during a fight, please do not hesitate on reporting the player's name to an admin+ or using the Report Abuse button in game. 8. Advertising You are not permitted to advertise any Forum/IP addresses that are related to another server. We do not care if it's better than ours or I was just telling my friend. No excuses. This rule broken can cause a temporary mute on a single account. If you continue it then we will take further action. 9.Staff killing. If a staff member of partyhats317 tells you not to kill them you don't, If you don't listen they got the authority of jailing you. Kinda like if you we're attacking a police officer.
